You can apply for a mailbox online or in person at any time. Applicants MUST print out, notorize, & deliver the forms below before a Mail Box Account will be opened.

NOTE: Payment recieved via PayPal does not guarentee that a Mail Box account will become active, it reserves your box until all signed & notorized documents are recieved.

  Valid driver's license or non-driver's license state ID, Armed Forced ID, Goverment ID, University ID, Recognized Corporate ID, Passport, Alien Registration Card, Current lease, mortgage or dee, Voter registration card, Utility bill, home or vehicle insurance policy, vehicle registration card.
  
  Line 16: MUST HAVE SIGNATURE & BE NOTORIZED.
  The Mailbox Rental form is a LEGAL document - you MUST sign it with a NOTARY prior to submission. A Notary is present at the Postal Connection for your convience if you choose to apply in person.
